Already the Worst Blogger Ever

Well, I don't have anything great to say today, although that doesn't mean incredible things aren't happening in our lives, but I just realized that I have not blogged since I started this. Lots of that honestly has to do with the fact that Adam and I are still in the Stone Ages and are trying to do life without the internet. But today I am at Reach Records waiting to record for Sho Baraka's album. I am clueless when it comes to this kind of stuff. I have written a hook that people seem to think is "tight" or at least that is what they keep saying, but as much as I love Hip Hop I am struggling to be confident in my writing ability when it comes to that genre. So, we'll see what happens. I am headed to Texas again this weekend but I am not that excited about it since I will be leaving without my husband. He is headed to China with a team from the Village. Yes...I am the one who went to the Village for 4 years and wanted to go to China but someone who went there like 3 times gets to go, but I am really not bitter and this really isn't ruining our marriage. Honestly though, Adam is the better of the two to go. He has a heart for people like you wouldn't believe. I still wonder why God was so gracious to me in giving me Adam as a husband. It's a lot to be a good steward of. I can't wait to hear what God does. But I guess I better go pretend like I know what I am doing...which I think they will discover quickly is not the case. I will see all you Texans this weekend at the famous Clore/Drew wedding and then some pool side time with the rest of my homies. I know thats corney...that may prove that I am not ready to record anything Hip Hop let alone blog.
